Welcome to Mulika Studios! By accessing or using our website and purchasing our digital audio products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mulika Studios website (mulikastudios.com) and purchasing any digital audio content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

Mulika Studios offers digital audio sample libraries, sound effects, and music compositions (collectively, "Products"). All Products are delivered digitally and are subject to the following licensing terms:

2.1. Royalty-Free License

Upon successful purchase and download of a Product, Mulika Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the sounds, samples, and loops contained within the Product for commercial and non-commercial music production, audio production, performances, and other creative works. This means you can use our sounds in your tracks, films, games, and other media without paying additional royalties to Mulika Studios.

2.2. Permitted Uses

You may:

•Integrate the Products into your original musical compositions, sound designs, and other creative projects.

•Synchronize the Products with visual media (e.g., film, television, video games, advertisements).

•Perform, broadcast, and distribute your original works that incorporate the Products.

•Modify, edit, and manipulate the Products to suit your creative needs.

2.3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

•Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Products (or any part thereof) to any third party, whether in their original form or modified, as standalone samples, sound effects, or loops.

•Distribute the Products as part of another sample pack, sound library, or musical instrument.

•Claim ownership or authorship of the Products themselves.

•Use the Products in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

All Products, content, and materials on the Mulika Studios website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Mulika Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase of a Product grants you a license for use, not ownership of the intellectual property.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices for Products are listed in Ugandan Shillings (USh) and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Mulika Studios does not store your payment card details.

5. Downloads and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased Products. It is your responsibility to download and back up your purchased Products. Mulika Studios is not responsible for lost files due to user error or technical issues on the user's end.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mulika Studios does not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mulika Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Products; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Products; (iii) any content obtained from the Products; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mulika Studios and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Products or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

Mulika Studios reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
