These terms govern your use of the Mulika Studios Ltd website and the services we provide. By engaging Mulika Studios, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Services
Mulika Studios provides audio production services including live recording, mixing, audio editing, sound design, voice-over recording, on-set recording, education, and sound libraries. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Bookings & Payment
Studio sessions are confirmed upon booking. Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined per project. Deposits secure your session and may be non-refundable within a defined cancellation window.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final masters, stems, and licensed materials is defined per engagement. Sample libraries and products are licensed, not sold, and may not be redistributed without permission.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover reserved studio time.
6. Liability
Mulika Studios delivers services with professional care but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Clients are responsible for securing rights to any third-party material they supply.
